Unused membership services, discounts, and perks do not roll over to the following month. Members can not use their monthly service fee for product purchases. Memberships can be cancelled no more than once per year. Memberships can be paused once a year for no longer than one month. Membership dues that are not payed by the due date of each month are subject to being charged full price for treatment upon booking. While members can request a specific service provider we can not guarantee that they will be providing your service. Membership services and benefits must be used by the original membership holder. All membership adjustments must be in writing to medspa@lajollaskinstudio.com. We require a 30 day cancellation notice. In the event you do not cancel 30 days prior you will be charged the following month.
