​

• GLO30 3 month minimum commitment (6 treatments bi-weekly).

• GLO60 & GLO LUXE 6 month minimum commitment (6 treatments total).

• Membership dues are automatically withdrawn on the first of each month.

• While we do allow service provider requests we can not guarantee that the specific service provider requested will be available. All service providers are held to the same standard of care.

• We do allow memberships to be paused up to one month (after completion of 4 month minimum requirment.)

• Unused monthly memberships do not role over.

• Monthly membership dues must be used towards membership service.

• Memberships require an active credit card on file.

• In the rare event you would like to cancel your membership we do require a 30 day written notice to founder@lajollaskinstudio.com. 

• We require a minimum of 48hrs for appointment adjustments.
