Service Policy
We require all appointments to be prepaid in full upon scheduling. We require all patients to have an active credit card on file prior to receiving treatment. We require all patients to consent to our policies and sign our release of liability waiver upon receiving any service at La Jolla Skin Studio. If you receive any of the listed items (botox, filler, pdo threads, laser or any other ablative services including sunburns) 14 days prior to your appointment, LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO will be unable to treat you and you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. You cannot apply your appointment cost/payment towards another treatment, person or product(s).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Under no Circumstance does LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO offer refunds, this applies to all services and products. If you arrive more than 10min late to your scheduled appointment or attempt to reschedule within 48hrs of your original appointment time you will forfeit 100% of your deposit. This rescheduling policy also applies to those who are sick. We allow each appointment to be rescheduled no more than once if medspa@lajollaskinstudio.com is notified in writing 48hrs in advance. All appointment adjustments must be made in writing to medspa@lajollaskinstudio.com. Gift card purchases and treatment packages must be utilized within one year of original purchase date.
Service Charge Policy
There is an automatic 20% service charge applied to all services performed by owner and founder Faith Diaz. This charge is automatically charged to the card on file upon completion of your service. There is an additional 4% credit card processing fee applied to all credit card transactions. By receiving any service at LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO or purchasing any products from LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO LLC., you are agreeing to these automatic fees.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Unused membership services, discounts, and perks do not roll over to the following month. Members can not use their monthly service fee for product purchases. Memberships can be cancelled no more than once per year. Memberships can be paused once a year for no longer than one month. Membership dues that are not paid 3 days after due date each month are subject to being charged full price for treatment upon booking. While members can request a specific service provider we can not guarantee that they will be providing your service. We do require a 30 day written notice to medspa@lajollaskinstudio.com in the event you'd like to cancel your membership.
