  • How do I book my monthly membership appointment?
    Click the BOOK NOW button on our home page and you will be redirected to our appointments page. On our appointments page you will schedule 100% Custom Treatment please select desired experience enhancements to insure your provider has enough time.
  • Is gratuity included in treatment price?
    At LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO we prioritize our patients and our service providers. There is an automatic 20% gratuity charged to all services performed after completion of your service. You will have the option to leave an additional gratuity if preferred upon checkout. In the event you do not believe your service warranted a 20% tip please email founder@lajolalskinstudio.com. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
  • How do I become a member?
    During your consultation your provider will review our membership options. You will then have to option to become a member and receive discounted monthly treatments!
  • Can I request a specific service provider?
    Absolutely, upon scheduling you can select your service provider of choice. While we do allow service provider requests we can not guarantee the requested service provider will be treating your skin. We can guarantee that if you select a treatment with our founder Faith Diaz she will be treating your skin on the day of your treatment.
  • What does the membership include?
    Our memberships are designed to make premium skincare affordable without compromising the condition and health of your skin barrier. Often discounted treatments mean; poor quality machinery, products, and service. Here at LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO our members receive the same premium award winning service, equipment, and products our community has grown to love at a fraction of the price. Membership details will be discussed upon your initial consultation.
  • What if my auto payment declined?
    We understand cards can get lost. We allow a grace period of 4 days to make your membership payment. In the event LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO has not received your membership payment within 4 days you will be charged the full cost your selected treatment upon scheduling.
  • How long is the membership?
    Consistency is key to experiencing optimal skin health. Our memberships are designed to help you achieve glowing skin daily at a fraction of the price. Our membership commitment is a minimum of four months. After completing our four month term your membership will automatically role over to month to month payments. Payments are automatically deducted form the card on file on the 1st of each month. We do require a 30 day written notice of cancellation to founder@lajollaskinstudio.com.
  • Do memberships roll over?
    Our memberships are designed to promote consistency. Optimal results are achieved through daily application of skincare products and regular treatments. Unused monthly memberships do not roll over to the following month. We do allow members to pause for 30 days a time once every 6 months.
